We’d love to hear your thoughts on life in Campbelltown - what’s working, what’s not, and how we can do better

Campbelltown City Council aims to deliver a safe, sustainable, vibrant community. To achieve this, we need to understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.

Every two years we run the Community Satisfaction Survey to ask the community what it thinks of our services, facilities and performance, the results of which help us to develop policies, plans and projects that benefit everyone.

How you can get involved

You are invited to give feedback in one of the following ways:

• Preferably via the online Feedback Form.
• Download, print and return to Council the hardcopy Survey Form

How will my feedback be used?

Information obtained from this survey will assist Council in its future planning. Your response will be collated with other responses received and put into a report that summarises the data collected.

All feedback must be received by 4pm Monday, 25 August 2025
