Background

Council's Regulatory policies are now available for community feedback:

What’s Being Proposed?

Dog Attacks and Harassment Policy

An Introduction has been added to the policy to provide context and a Definitions section
created to improve clarity and readability.
Further minor adjustments have been made to tie the policy more closely to legislation and provide clarity for enforcement and prosecution purposes.

Order Making Policy

Minor updates have been made throughout to improve clarity of sections and to update prosecution references to the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
